Otsu City Hospital

Otsu City Hospital is responsible for the role of providing high quality medical care as a base hospital for the region and carries out the allocation of hospital functions. For this reason we request your cooperation and understanding that for consultations we give priority to patients referred from other medical institutions. Furthermore, for those who do not have a letter of referral we require 5400 yen (tax included) as a medical appointment fee in addition to a first visit fee.

First Visit Reception

8:30 am to 11:30 am

Please proceed to the reception with your health insurance card, letter of referral and any proof of publicly funded health care (if applicable).

(All fees will be at the patient's own cost (calculated as 15 yen for each point) if a health insurance card is not presented).

Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and over the New Year (December 29 to January 3)

Return Visit Reception

For those who had a previous consultation within 6 months, please use the return visit appointment machine on the 2nd floor of the main building. If over 6 months has passed since the previous visit, it will be treated as a first visit in principle.
